Specializing in the Aged Care and Private Education sectors, this role is critical in ensuring design coordination, cost certainty, and efficient execution through their streamlined project-delivery methodologies.

Your New Role
✅ Develop detailed project budgets, schedules, and feasibility analyses
✅ Oversee full lifecycle project management to ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence
✅ Design and implement standardized systems and workflows for efficiency
✅ Grow, lead and mentor a small construction team, build relationships with sub-contractors, fostering a culture of excellence
✅ Collaborate with clients and consultants to drive long-term partnerships
✅ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
✅ Research and integrate innovative construction methods and technologies
✅ Reporting & budget control
✅ Coordinate the relevant documentation between stakeholders
✅ Project scheduling and site management

✔ Proven leadership in construction project management
✔ Strong expertise in preconstruction planning and execution
