We’re looking for a proactive fast learner with a great telephone manner to join our small and happy team.
This role offers the opportunity to gain experience and skills in stock / warehouse logistics.
You will have experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
You’ll ideally have experience in using ERP Business Management software (we use Tencia).
Accuracy/attention to detail with data entry is essential.
Other responsibilities include dealing with customer service enquiries, including after-sales issues, logging them, and following up with the After Sales Manager. Advising of ETA’s, entering freight into the freight portal, and communicating with customers/stores via email and phone calls.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time position 9am to 5pm (with a 1-hour lunch break) Monday to Friday – induction/training will be provided.
Salary starting at $68K/year + Super dependent on relevant experience.
IMPORTANT: You must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia, in a full-time (38hr/week) position.
Given our Brookvale location, we’d prefer a Northern Beaches local. We have onsite parking and are situated just behind Warringah Mall.
Previous experience in bathroomware or a related field would be awesome but not mandatory.
