PharmacyID is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our small and friendly team. You will work from home with IT equipment that we will supply you. Your role will be answering inbound enquiries, assisting applicants, conducting Teams training sessions, managing email enquiries, ensuring compliance with Commonwealth legislation, administering client contracts, performing weekend on-call duties and liaison with senior staff.

You will need to have these requirements:
- Be articulate and have strong verbal and written skills
- Friendly
- High attention to detail
- Have utmost discretion and awareness of compliance with Commonwealth legislation
- Be self motivated
- Ability to work in a small team
- Have basic computer skills and at a minimum be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage client accounts
- You will need to be an Australian citizen, living in Australia, with the right to work in Australia.
- You must have a clean criminal history record
- You must include both a CV and a covering letter if you expect your application to be read.
