Who are We:
We are a small boutique accounting firm based in the picturesque Hunter Valley.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and pro-active admin assistant/bookkeeper to join our team and keep our operations running smoothly. The position is on a full time basis.
The Role:
As our main point of contact you be responsible for handling our admin tasks - making appointments, taking phone calls, dealing with the ATO and ASIC etc.
You will also assist our accountants with the inputting of financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparation of spreadsheets, drafting of BAS.
About You:
- Twelve months experience in admin roles or book keeping positions;
- Proficient in Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in everything you do
- Ability to multi task and manage priorities efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
