POSITION

A Service Coordinator & Support position has now become available.

• First point of contact for client support / troubleshooting calls
• Coordinate technicians to site if required
• Liaise with third-party companies for service work
• Invoicing & small quotes
• Work closely with a team lead to ensure all clients are supported

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:

• Service Coordination experience within the HVAC industry is a MUST
• Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated excellence in written & verbal English
