FEEKAH is a fast growing business and has become one of the most popular destination cafes in Melbourne, serving the most unique food and drinks. We need someone to join our small Pastry Team and bring their style and skill to the business.

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in a pastry kitchen/bakery.
• Experience with Piping, Macarons is essential.
• Ability to bake 4 inch to 10 inch cake is essential.
• Be a Team Player.
• Good Communication Skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Experience in pastry and bakery kitchen.
• Collaborate with other Chefs.
• Demonstrating an accurate understanding of food costs, effective inventory management, sanitation and food safety procedures.
