As a Flooring Sales Specialist, you will:

• Guide customers in selecting the ideal flooring and window coverings that match their aesthetic and functional needs.
• Must be able to measure, draw, read plans
• Estimate material requirements based on construction plans and at home measurements.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
• Prepare personalized quotes to match customer needs and preferences.
• Foster positive customer relationships, assisting from initial product selection through to final installation.
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales target.
• A high level of Flooring product knowledge such as carpets, timber floors and Vinyl to support customer queries is preferred but not essential.
