Your new role

  • Permanent, Full time
  • Located at Wagga Wagga, NSW
  • Annual Salary between $73,795.27 to $79,135.15

The Client Services Officer works collaboratively and assist in the operation of the RACR intake services, reception, and administrative services.

Duties:

In consultation with the Client Services Team Leader, the Client Services Officer is expected to:

  • Provide service needs identification for clients and visitors including making appointments and general information about RACR services
  • Perform basic risk assessment, screening and response at first point of contact
  • Perform client intake functions, attending to telephone enquiries and connecting to appropriate referral services, where needed
  • Perform client reception functions, including greeting clients and ensuring messages are promptly and accurately related to relevant staff
  • Handle the organisation’s appointments efficiently and effectively using RACR’s client information system

What you’ll need to succeed

  1. Certificate IV in community services or a related field
  2. Excellent observational, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact sensitively with a diverse range of people
  3. Experience in a fast-paced client facing workplace with a demonstrated ability to manage client needs
  4. Able to work well in a team environment
  5. Computer literate and demonstrated ability in data entry and sound organisational skills
