About the Role:
Due to internal promotion, Intereach is excited to announce a vacancy in our Customer Support program. As the ‘Face of Intereach’, this position will be responsible for front of house reception duties and will provide exceptional customer service by working with individuals, service providers and community groups to provide a locally based, single point of access to information, resources and services that are accessible to all members of the community.
The successful candidate would have extensive local knowledge, excellent administration and customer service skills, the ability to build strong working relationships, a commitment to uphold the Intereach core values and the ability to provide valuable support and guidance to our diverse team.
This is a full-time, fixed term (until 30 January 2026) position and can be based in either Swan Hill or Maryborough, Victoria.
This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services - Clerical Award as a Level 3.1 with a starting salary of $73,795.28 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
