Your Role:
No timber experience? No problem—we’ll train you!
As a Showroom Sales Consultant in Fortitude Valley, you’ll provide expert guidance to customers, assist with product selection, and help drive sales in a beautifully designed showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers and assist them in selecting premium timber flooring.
• Achieve and exceed sales KPIs, building strong relationships for repeat business.
• Maintain a visually appealing showroom that showcases our high-end products.
• Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Process transactions accurately and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Availability: Monday – Saturday.
• Experience in retail or sales, ideally in a showroom, interiors, or building sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Tech-savvy – proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM systems is a plus.
