Marketing Manager

Salary Range $75K - $85K plus Super

Location Strathpine Qld 4500

David Deane Real Estate is looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing operations. This role is central to our business, managing our marketing strategies and day-to-day processes while ensuring our brand remains consistent and our communications are clear. You will play a key part in driving our growth through well-planned campaigns, a strong digital presence, and by supporting team and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Positioning and Management

• Maintain our brand vision, positioning, and messaging across all communications.
• Oversee external marketing, website and digital relationships, including working with third-party developers when needed.

Marketing Strategy

• Work closely with the partners to shape marketing strategies that support our business goals.
• Implement digital and marketing plans across main channels and prepare marketing and costing schedules.

Campaign and Listing Management

• Manage property campaigns and listings on third-party platforms, our website, and other media.
• Oversee the production and distribution of, physical mail outs, and letterbox drops.
• Coordinate the creation of signage, photography, brochures, and other campaign materials.

Content Creation and Social Media

• Plan and execute organic social media activity in line with our agreed schedule.
• Oversee content creation for digital assets, including copywriting and graphic design.
• Provide monthly reports on social media performance with clear recommendations.

Event and Engagement Management

• Organise events for staff and clients to support strong engagement.

Vendor and Consultant Management

• Coordinate work with photographers.

Reporting and Analytics

• Provide weekly and monthly updates on digital performance, social media activity, and campaign progress.
• Track client-funded marketing expenses and deliver clear reports with relevant analytics and recommendations.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing and operations, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, and CRM tools (VaultRE). Investigate the benefits of Microsoft Suite, and Canva.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Solid background in digital marketing, social media strategy, and campaign reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to support the Number One Sales Team in Moreton Bay (North Brisbane).
• General Office skills, ordering stationery and copier supplies.
