About the Role
As a Roster Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that connects our amazing Care Workers with the people who need them most. You’ll:
✅ Match the right Care Workers with customers based on skills, availability, and personality.
✅ Juggle schedules like a pro, ensuring every shift is covered.
✅ Be part of the go-to team for our Care Workers, customers, and external agencies.
✅ Keep things running smoothly by communicating well and solving problems, even before they happen!
What You Bring to the Team
You’re an energetic, detail-loving, people-person who:
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Communicates clearly and confidently.
Loves problem-solving (because rostering is basically the ultimate puzzle!).
Has a customer-first attitude—making people happy is what you do best!
Knows their way around Microsoft applications & rostering software (Flowlogic experience is a plus!).
The Essentials
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience rostering within a Care provider preferred.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation & Supporting Effective Communication Modules
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
- Medicare Immunisation History Certificate
