Castle & Cubby is looking for a proactive and passionate Operations & Customer Success Coordinator to join us at an exciting time of growth.

The Details

⏰ Flexible hours | 5 days a week, minimum 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (school hours), with full-time option available (e.g., 8:30 am – 4:30 pm)
📍 Based in our Bayswater Head Office

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Production Coordination – Liaise with our production team to keep jobs on track, check stock levels to bring projects forward, and delight customers with early deliveries.
  • Delivery Logistics – Partner with delivery and installation teams, ensuring they’ve got all the details, checklists are ticked, and interstate accommodation is booked.
  • Customer Onboarding – Welcome new customers with engaging onboarding calls to set them up for success.
  • Post-Delivery Follow-Up – Check in after delivery to ensure satisfaction, resolve hiccups, and gather reviews or marketing stories.
  • Retention & Growth – Guide customers through our loyalty programme and encourage repeat business to keep them coming back.
  • Process Tweaks – Analyse feedback and data to improve our onboarding and delivery processes.
  • Reporting – Track satisfaction and engagement to show the impact of your work.
About You

We’re after a switched-on, detail-oriented individual who loves coordinating and connecting. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have proven experience in operations, customer success, or logistics – Bonus if it’s in manufacturing or product delivery!
  • Are highly organised & proactive – You spot opportunities and get things done efficiently.
  • Are a top-notch communicator – You can liaise with production, delivery teams, and customers with ease.
  • Know your way around CRM tools – Experience with customer or job tracking systems is a big plus.
  • Love delighting customers – You’ve got a knack for turning happy clients into advocates.
  • Are comfy with data – Analysing trends and reporting doesn’t faze you.
  • Connect with our mission – You’re passionate about creativity, play, and childhood development.
