Administrative Assistant – Financial Planning

Role Overview: We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will work closely with our Financial Adviser to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and results
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Quick learner with exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Committed and caring attitude focused on productivity, quality service, and team goals
• Experience in a similar role (preferred, but not necessary if all other criteria are met)

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients and providing superior service
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Managing Adviser diaries
• Completing client research to support reviews and new client appointments
• Accurately preparing client forms and implementing financial advice recommendations
• Liaising with third parties (e.g., fund managers, insurance companies)
• Assisting clients through the insurance claims process
• Managing ongoing client enquiries and keeping clients updated
• Maintaining compliant and up-to-date client records across multiple systems
• Providing ongoing support to clients and the team as needed
