We pride ourselves on offering a client-first approach and we are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced Client Services Officer or for the right candidate the opportunity to commence or continue their Professional Year as part of our growing financial planning services.
You will be providing exceptional service and support to our clients. You will collaborate closely with a team of Advisers, and other internal teams to ensure clients' financial strategies are effectively implemented. This role is ideal for someone with strong client management skills, in-depth financial knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Financial Planning Support: Assist Advisers in the preparation and execution of clients' financial plans.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of a broad range of financial services, ensuring seamless communication between the client, financial planning team, and other relevant parties.
- Client Administration: Oversee client reviews, transactions, and financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively address client issues and enquiries, ensuring that solutions are provided promptly and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports for clients, ensuring clear communication of progress toward their financial goals.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practice in all client interactions and service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience in a client-facing role within financial services, wealth management, or financial planning.
- Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance, and wealth management services.
- Client Service: Exceptional client service skills with the ability to manage complex client relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organised with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in client documentation and financial transactions.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve client goals.
