We are looking for the perfect event planning professional.
We are passionate about our clients and the events we deliver, and we anticipate that you would share this attitude.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating all events- mainly weddings, including liaising with the client and couples, preparing events sheets and floor plans and working with the onsite kitchen and operations teams
- Invoicing and payment reconciliation
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
- Work closely with the events and operations team, as well as suppliers to ensure the event run smoothly and seamlessly to meet or exceed client expectations
- Working Week - Monday - Friday on-site in the city
About You:
- Mature minded, has a positive attitude with a strong work ethic,
- Being extremely organised is a MUST
- Data based role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to build rapport with clients
- An outgoing personality and sense of humour & polished personal presentation
- A warm, friendly and approachable manner towards all clients and stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required:
- Min 3 years’ experience in the event industry
- Professional communication skills experience
- High level of customer service experience essentials
- Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
- Effective numeracy, computer, verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Priava Events Software a bonus!
