About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Events and Administration Coordinator to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing a range of events while providing seamless administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Your experience in hospitality will be key to delivering high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and venue teams.
- Manage event logistics, including booking venues, catering, and AV requirements.
- Oversee guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs, ensuring accurate records.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, processing invoices, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities related to events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hospitality best practices.
About You
- Proven experience in an events coordination and administrative role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
