Why this role?

  • Permanent Part-time position
  • 24 hrs/week (possibility to increase hrs later this year)
  • Split hours flexibly between Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
  • Salary: $75,000–$85,000 + super (FT), pro-rated to $47,000–$53,000 + super for 24 hrs/week (PT)
  • Office-based position
  • Melbourne CBD Location, moving to inner North by end of year
  • Autonomous work environment

  • Experience in Recruitment, HR and Admin
  • Rostering experience ideal
  • Familiarity with NDIS, disability or aged care highly regarded
  • Proficiency with MS office, Google suite and Adobe (PDF)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Citizenship or Permanent Residency

What are the responsibilities?

  • General HR duties, administration and employment relations
  • Recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding for support workers
  • Rostering and roster management/monitoring adherence
  • Maintain employee records and documentation for audits
  • Develop and improve HR policies and procedures
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries
  • General office admin, data entry, formatting and sending agreements

Who are you?

  • Experienced in HR, recruitment, administration, rostering, and/or office operations
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in NDIS, disability or aged care highly regarded (but not required)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in an autonomous setting
  • Tech-savvy – proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe (PDF)
