Absolute Domestics is a recruitment and referral agency that specialises in recruiting cleaning contractors and coordinating work for home services.
As the largest agency for home services, we have been trusted in thousands of homes for over 30 years. We operate in all major cities and major regional locations in Australia and New Zealand.
We’re seeking a part-time Recruitment Officer for 25–38 hours/week, with flexibility around school hours. A full-time position can be offered. If you’re keen to expand your role, we can offer full time hours through Customer Service Officer (CSO) tasks.
You must be tech savvy and be confident working with state-of-the-art and most recent development of technology and computers, telephones including our own custom-built CRM, App, Microsoft teams, cloud-based Telephony.
Our office is located at Victoria Point, in the Lakeside Shopping Center with plenty of car parking available. We are relocating to a brand new office building in Cleveland by April 2025.

About You…
- Recruitment and/or Customer Service experience is preferred
- Great communicator and multitasker
- Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
- Have a love for customer service and be able to establish effective relationships at all levels to suit our customers and contractors
- Minimum of 45 wpm
- Friendly and happy demeanor
- Can work independently and as a team
- Have the skills to adapt to a new advanced CRM and Mobile App
Key Responsibilities…
- Manage end-to-end recruitment ( screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Collaborate with Area Managers to meet staffing needs
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
