About the role

Your role will be to:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, preferences, and unique circumstances.
  • Analyse and assess clients' financial situations to determine eligibility for various mortgage products.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about different mortgage options, explaining terms and conditions in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process, collecting necessary documentation and ensuring accuracy.
  • Collaborate with lenders to submit complete and compelling loan applications on behalf of clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders to secure the most favourable mortgage rates and terms for clients.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their interests are represented throughout the mortgage approval process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, sales consultants, and lenders to build a network for future business.

Selection Criteria

We think our next Mortgage Broker could have any of the following experience:

  • Mortgage Broking, Credit Analyst, Lending Analyst, Parabroker, or someone who has worked at a financial institution and understands the loan application process
