Our client are a market leading, Private Equity backed organisation and they are currently looking for a Group Finance Manager to ensure financial control and compliance across the organisation.

In this role , you will collaborate with senior management, drive budgeting processes, and lead continuous improvements in systems and controls. The role provides an excellent platform for the successful candidate to elevate their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations
• Oversee budgeting, capital expenditure and managing cost allocation across the group
• Lead and develop a team of 5
• Drive financial hygiene and process improvements across the organisations

• Detail-oriented with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Solutions-focused with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ experience in corporate accounting or financial control.
• CA or CPA qualified, with strong project and team management skills.
• Expertise in financial processes, Excel modelling, and process automation; PowerBI experience a plus.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
