As we expand, we’re looking for a skilled Bookkeeper who can also take on administrative tasks, offering increased remuneration for those who can excel in both areas.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Bookkeeper who is excited about the opportunity to step into a hybrid role that also includes administrative responsibilities. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records while providing key administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Bookkeeping Duties
- Accurately input transactions into Xero
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
- Process invoices, accounts payable, and receivables
- Track and manage outstanding payments
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations
- Liaise with directors and external partners (e.g., accountants, suppliers)
🔹 Administration Duties (Increased Remuneration for These Tasks)
- Provide direct administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Prepare documentation for the finance broker team
- Maintain and update our CRM system (Zoho)
- Work with the marketing team to enhance broker processes
- Generate, collate, and present performance reports
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience in bookkeeping (Xero, accounts payable/receivable)
✅ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
✅ Professional communication skills with external partners
✅ Proficiency in Excel & Word
✅ Self-motivated and adaptable
✅ Ability to work independently and within a team
✅ Zoho CRM experience (bonus but not essential!)
Competitive salary with additional pay for those handling administrative tasks
Location: Burleigh Heads QLD
