Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is working with a Civil Construction organisation, that is seeking a Civil Project Manager. You will be leading projects across Urban Subdivisions and Developments.

These projects are located on The Brisbane North or Southsides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and coordination
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholder engagement
• Track and evaluate the performance of construction teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency
• Identify and resolve performance issues promptly
• Prepare and deliver reports on production costs and manage project budgets
• Oversee the procurement process for machinery, equipment, and materials
• Health and safety regulations, risk management and implement strategies

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), ideal but not essential
• Prior experience in Civil Construction as a project manager
• Experience on urban subdivisions or developments
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrate commitment to maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
