Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and Workplace Health & Safety? EHI Australia is seeking a Support Officer to assist our HR & HSE Coordinator for a 3-month period at our Erskine Park Branch.
This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support HR processes such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding.
- Provide assistance with health, safety, and environmental compliance documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and handle correspondence as required.
- Support various office functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About You:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: $27 – $30 per hour (based on experience).
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
