Job description:
Location: Sydney CBD and Parramatta
Ongoing full time
Salary ranging from $125,693 to $138,510pa. Plus, employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
Your role
The Registry Manager is responsible for managing integrated services across two Registry locations Sydney and Parramatta. The role will lead a team that fulfills statutory and administrative obligations, whilst delivering professional services to the Judges, Commissioners and clients of the Industrial Relations Commission (the Commission).
What you'll do
You will manage and develop staff in an environment that is characterised by significant change, whilst promoting a work environment that values teamwork, ethical behaviour, innovation and performance.
Under the guidance of the Director and Industrial Registrar and other stakeholders you will work collaboratively across multiple business areas, building effective working relationships to ensure a coordinated and continuously improving approach to service delivery.
What we're looking for
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent extensive experience as well as a willingness to travel and work at both Sydney and Parramatta Registries.
A leader who is able to contribute to the overall goals and strategic direction of the Commission, as well as to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in caseflow management, legislative initiatives, strategies and programs.
An ability to plan, monitor and manage workload and allocations, including staff rostering to ensure equitable distribution of workload and efficient and effective service delivery across a changing and geographically spread frontline operational environment.
