About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinics, ensuring seamless service delivery for both our practitioners and patients. This is a permanent part-time role, based in Adelaide, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth running of the clinic, ensuring efficiency in daily operations.
• Manage billings and financial administration in conjunction with practitioners and management.
• Act as a liaison between psychiatrists, psychologists, ADHD coaches, GPs, and the administrative team to ensure professional and effective communication.
• Provide high-level administrative support and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
• Lead and mentor administrative and clinical team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Handle patient inquiries, appointment coordination, and client satisfaction to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Support other related services associated with HelloDoc to ensure streamlined management across all healthcare offerings.
• Drive growth initiatives and assist in setting up and optimizing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager in a healthcare setting (mental health experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage a medium to large team of administrative and clinical staff.
• A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience with billing processes and financial management in a medical practice.
• A track record of implementing growth strategies and optimizing practice systems.
