About the role:

Practice management experience in the dental field is essential for this role. You will lead and manage daily operations of the practice, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, while driving business growth and team success.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive, friendly attitude and ability to set culture of the practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations: welcoming scheduling, patient communication, and billing
• Supervise and support staff
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures
• Analyse and improve practice efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage patient complaints and concerns
• Coordinate staff training and development
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Work closely with our principal dentist to maintain mutual commitment to excellence and innovation

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in dental practice management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in dental software
• Experience with reconciling and paying accounts
• Experience with overseeing staff rosters and timekeeping
• Knowledge of dental regulations and compliance requirements
