This builder works in the residential and commercial space and typically, projects range from $10m - $70m. 2) PM Role - Industrial Project - Western SydneyBased
Focused on delivering large-scale industrial projects, this builder combines top-tier construction management with innovative, cost-effective solutions to ensure efficiency and excellence on every job. Their expertise spans from project inception to completion, guaranteeing consistency, streamlined costs, and high-quality execution. The industrial project is valued at over $100m , earning a strong reputation for delivering complex builds on time and to the highest industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead your team of Contract Administrators, Site Managers and Foreman to deliver the project on or ahead of expectations and commitments while maintaining the highest safety standards
• Proficient in all contractual matters and the ability to communicate this knowledge in a practical and meaningful way to the project team
• Manage stakeholder relationships including clients, consultants and end users
• Provide planning and programming of labour, plant and equipment in accordance with construction program requirements
• Develop and review construction planning
• Monitor progress, ensure that work quality and techniques are of a high standard and report regularly to the construction manager on project performance against company objectives

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Previous principal contractor experience delivering projects from $30m - $70m in high end multi-unit Residential or Industrial projects valued over $50 mi
• Must have local Sydney experience having worked for a reputable Tier 2 builder with a strong track record for delivering a quality product
• An absolute commitment to the safety and the well-being of self and others in the work place
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Must have a confident polished approach when dealing with clients
• Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills and have effective team-player capabilities
• Sound computer skills with knowledge in Jobpac / CHEOPS, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel & Word
