Spic 'n' Span Plumbing Solutions is a leading high end residential construction plumbing company providing high quality plumbing installations and solutions for new builds and renovations to most of Sydneys best luxury home builders. We are currently contracted on 30+ architectural home builds/ renovations with single new home builds valued at over $45m.

We are small tight knit team of 10 professionals who are passionate about the work we do and motivated to deliver the best possible customer service and plumbing installation possible.

Job Description – Please note, if you feel you lack experience in any of the following skillsets, we’re a collaborative team with which we work together to achieve the best outcomes and will work with the successful applicant to further develop their skillset:

• Reading and interpreting plans, scopes and specifications.
• Identify project changes to plans.
• Coordinating of services on site with builders and other trades.
• Establish and cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Contribute to and foster a good safety culture.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Plumber:

What we're looking for:

• Approximately 6+ years experience in the construction/ renovation plumbing sector preferrably residential cottage work.
• Certificate III and preferably Certificate IV.
• MUST be an Australian Citizen.
• MUST have a manual drivers license.
• MUST be able to read, and interpret plans and carry out set out of drainage, roughins and decks.
• Someone who can work with limited supervision.
• Someone with great communication skills, who is courteous and well presented.
• Must have a can do attitude with great problem solving skills.
• Competent in most aspects of plumbing specifically, internal in ground sewer and stormwater drainage, sanitary stack and aerial stormwater drainage, roughins with copper and PE-x, and fit out of extremely expensive high end finishes.
• The applicant must have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in their work/ installations.
• Must have sound knowledge of the relevant Australian Standards and codes.
