WOW Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our established Medical Logistics client in Macquarie Park with both morning and evening shifts available.

Macquarie Park – Onsite
Salary: $67k + Super

Responsibilities:

• Manage a outbound calls for freight updates, inbound calls for inquiries
• Monitor GPS of deliveries for time-sensitive radioactive materials.
• Coordinate order bookings and modifications, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
• Assist Coordinators/Allocators with job-related inquiries and changes
• Cultivate strong relationships with carriers and customers
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed
• Contribute to refining and enhancing existing policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Flexible with hours, with a 4 am start time
• Previous customer service experience in an office environment.
• Experience of working in logistics or a medical environment would be preferred
• Strong communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
• Ability to work independently.
