What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact – Answer inbound calls, emails, and SMS with warmth and professionalism.
  • Assist customers on the spot – Whether it’s product info, placing an order, or scheduling a consultation, you’ll handle inquiries efficiently.
  • Greet and guide showroom visitors – Help customers explore our heating solutions or connect them with our specialists.
  • Coordinate complex requests – For cases needing follow-up, capture details, set expectations, and assign tasks to the right team members.
  • Keep records updated – Maintain accurate customer interactions and lead details in our CRM.
  • Support sales & fulfillment – Jump in where needed to keep things running smoothly, especially during peak seasons.

What We’re Looking For

  • A people person – You naturally build rapport and make customers feel valued.
  • Clear communicator – Confidently engage with customers across phone, email, and in person.
  • Organised & efficient – Able to multitask and keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced setting.
  • Eager to learn – You’re proactive, tech-savvy, and excited to grow.
  • Customer service or sales experience – Previous experience is a plus but not essential.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)

  • Experience with CRMs like Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of heating/cooling products or the home improvement industry.
  • Background in sales, lead generation, or account management.
