The Role:

As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the creative vision and execution of the agency’s projects. Working closely with Creative/Design team members and the Design Director, you will lead the design and development of innovative, high-performance visuals and assets that align with client objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and execution of creative projects, including websites, mobile apps, OOH, always-on social and CRM programs, and branded assets across multiple channels and formats.
• Defining and maintaining the visual aesthetic of brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with style and branding guidelines.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, production, and external partners, to deliver high-quality, user-centric design solutions that support revenue growth.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, manage specifications and deadlines, and provide solutions to overcome project obstacles (e.g., financial, timeline, or content challenges).
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in automation, AI, and digital design, integrating best practices into project workflows.
• Quality control and proof-checking assets to ensure accuracy and mitigate risks.
• Taking initiative in solving design challenges, offering innovative solutions to meet client objectives while ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standard.
• Participating in new business pitches, presenting creative solutions aligned with client goals and agency capabilities.
• Supporting critical paths and timelines by creating compelling assets, managing progression, and addressing time-sensitive tasks such as new business efforts, shoots, and events.
• Mentoring and supporting team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative agency culture.
• Actively contributing to the overall success of the agency, including participating in team meetings, discussions, and ad hoc tasks as needed.

You’ll have…

• 6–10+ years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, UX/UI, branding, and platform design projects.
• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering polished, high-quality work that meets and exceeds client expectations.
• Expertise in creating campaign, always-on, and platform-based design solutions, with strong commercial acumen and an understanding of creative agency operations.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a proactive interest in automation and AI advancements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align design solutions with business objectives.
• Proven leadership skills, including mentoring and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A can do attitude and be happy to roll your sleeves up to get the job done.
