About the Role
Perth Home Brokers is looking for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to support our dynamic team in Stirling, WA. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Assisting the General Manager and Owner with daily tasks and business operations
✔ Managing phone calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude
✔ Scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar
✔ Assisting with various office tasks and projects as required
✔ Keeping track of office supplies and ensuring an organised workspace
✔ Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- A customer-focused attitude with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work both independently and in a team
