Dealership Payroll Administrator / System Administrator

Prestige Honda is a privately owned and operated multi award winning Dealership located in Melville. This Family owned business has a great team of staff that work together to achieve the results expected from a Prestige Automotive brand.

Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced payroll administrator / System Administrator to join our busy Admin Team. You will be responsible for processing and managing payroll for 4 different Dealerships and helping with basic IT and System Admin issues.

Key Responsibilities Including, but are not limited to:

  • Accurately processing payroll for employees for 4 different Dealerships
  • Use Unipay Payroll system to accurately calculate employees wages
  • Ensure all Employee paperwork/handbooks are up to date and in line with OHS regulations
  • Compute and deduct applicable taxes, benefits and other employee deductions
  • Address any employee questions in relating to payroll
  • Stay up to date with State and Federal industrial regulations and awards
  • Being the go to person for any computer related issues, and liaising with our IT company to get problems resolved.
  • Pentana System Administrator – Help staff with any system related issues
  • Reporting directly to our Financial Controller
  • Bank Statement processing and account reconciling
  • Helping other admin staff

Key Requirements

  • Proven payroll administration experience in a similar role
  • Previous Unipay experience preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and industrial legislation
  • ERA/ERAPower experience highly regarded
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent mathematical skills essential
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attitude and proactive approach towards your work
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Current driver’s licence and police clearance essential
  • Previous Dealership experience preferrable
