IS THIS YOU?
We are looking for an experienced office all-rounder with a friendly disposition and professional approach. This role involves many varying tasks and requires a high level of attention to detail whilst operating in a fast paced environment. You would be committed to providing top level service to both external and internal stakeholders. You will be a master of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing customer & supplier orders & invoices.
- Liaising with sales, production and finance teams.
- Raising Supplier purchase orders, maintain & follow up costs & lead times
- Following up customer & supplier payments.
- Chasing Up Customer orders
- Reconciling freight invoices, credit card and supplier statements
- Answering phones & assisting with customer enquiries.
- Data entry.
- Filing.
- General office duties.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous admin minimum 2 years experience is required.
- Medium-to-high computer literacy including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel is essential.
- Previous experience with accounts payable and/or receivable would be advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience with data entry at a high level, fast pace required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Well organised & display excellent time management skills.
- Need to be able to work and thrive in a high-pressure, fast paced environment.
