  • Performance Management & Development: Implement clear KPI frameworks, coaching initiatives, and professional growth programs.
  • HR Strategy & Business Alignment: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, using data-driven insights to enhance people strategy.
  • Employee Engagement & Well-being: Design initiatives to drive engagement, morale, and overall employee satisfaction.
  • HR Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and best HR practices while fostering a fair, transparent workplace.

What skills and experience do I need for the role?
You have:

  • 3+ years of HR leadership experience in a high-growth, performance-driven Financial Services (ideally CFD related) environment.
  • Proven ability to drive HR transformation and organisational change.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic, data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
  • Experience with HR technology, analytics, and workforce planning.
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Sounds Great! How do I apply?

If you are an experienced HR leader with Financial Services experience ready to take on a strategic, high-impact role, we want to hear from you!
