Role Purpose
As the Member Care Administrator, you will be a key touchpoint for our members. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administration of all aspects of our membership management, and provision of IT support to internal customers.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service to our members. Our ideal candidate will also have:
- Experience in customer service and office administration, including but not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, record keeping and correspondence management.
- Clear oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with people both internal and external to the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and time management techniques to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify risk and work within guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes and a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality across aspects of the position.
- Demonstrated skills in the use of databases and the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Aptitude for learning new skills and software programs.
- A commitment to a high standard of customer service.
Experience in not for profit or member-based organisations and in the use of iMIS Enterprise Management System will be highly regarded.
Location
This position will be based at the National Office in Canberra. Hybrid work arrangements are available.
Employment
This is a permanent, part time position (37.5hours/fortnight).
