An Australian owned timber flooring business is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Showroom Support Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the timber flooring industry and a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.

This role would be ideal for a recent design graduate looking to start their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers, taking into account their specific needs and preferences.
• Assist the sales team in delivering informative presentations on timber flooring products.
• Manage and distribute samples of timber flooring products to customers and designers.
• Assist in the planning and execution of showroom events and industry trade shows.
• Accurately maintain CRM systems and databases.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure lead time and stock availability.

Skills and Experience

• Understanding of the timber flooring industry desirable
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prepare accurate and detailed quotes
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
