About the opportunity:
Position: Supervisor
Vacancy: Permanent Full-time, 76 hours per fortnight
Location: Support Services Department, Townsville
What's on offer?
Remuneration package of up to $80,680 p.a.
- Salary range: $67,462 to $70,712 p.a. (OO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About the role
- Conduct duties as the Computer Assisted Radio Personnel System (CARPS) Controller and the efficient and effective task allocation/coordination of OSO supporting clinical service delivery, including ward-based OSO.
- Monitor daily staff allocation and sign on/off for all shifts, regularly reviewing allocation sheets and ShiftMatch updates.
- Conduct floor-based supervision and shift-based re-allocation of OSO to support daily clinical service delivery and patient flow demands and requirements.
Role requirements
- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in the following would be highly desirable: Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB 42015 or equivalent) completed or enrolled with a commitment to complete.
- The possession of a licence to operate a class “C” motor vehicle is required.
- Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
