The position is responsible for:

  • Manage and lead the assessment of energy licence applications by undertaking critical analysis of the applicant's technical capacity, financial viability and other legislative/regulatory considerations
  • Manage and lead the preparation and writing of complex briefing papers and recommendations for consideration by commissioners and other executives in relation to licence applications and other matters
  • Leading the planning, implementation and management of other strategic projects as required

This is a fixed term position until 30 June 2026. The work location for this position is 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
