The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced People & CultureBusiness Partner to join a fast-paced, high-performing team. This is an exciting chance to work with one of Australia’s most recognised FMCG brands in a true generalist role - where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert coaching and support to frontline and mid-level leaders in Operations & Supply Chain to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Oversee end-to-end People & Culture activities, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Identify and develop key talent within Production & Logistics.
  • Guide and support leaders in handling employee grievances, investigations, and policy adherence to ensure a fair and positive work environment.
  • Partner with leaders to drive transformation projects, lead people-focused change initiatives, and support lean manufacturing programs.
  • Support lean initiatives by embedding standardized work, team building, and performance coaching, contributing to a high-performing culture.
  • Facilitate training on People & Culture policies, ensuring compliance and fostering a well-informed workforce.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner - Ideally you'll have a track record working with a similar stakeholder group.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and own tasks.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative and can-do attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills.
