About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Powder Coater and General Hand to join our team at Mandows Powder Coating in Prestons, NSW. This is a full-time role that will see you working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, applying high-quality powder coating finishes to a range of products. You will also be responsible for supporting our production processes through general labouring duties.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, degreasing and masking components
• Operating powder coating equipment to apply a consistent, high-quality finish
• Conducting quality checks on the finished products
• Moving and handling materials and products throughout the production process
• Assisting with general cleaning and maintenance of the production facility
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and timely completion of orders

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a powder coating or similar manufacturing role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions
• Good physical fitness and dexterity to handle physical labouring tasks
• A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a team environment
• Forklift licence or the ability to obtain one
