About the role

Dynamic Asphalt and Civil Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Concreter to join our team in Croydon, Victoria. As a Concreter, you will play a vital role in the construction and maintenance of concrete structures, pavements, and other essential infrastructure projects. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and pouring concrete to the highest quality standards
• Laying and finishing concrete paths, Crossovers and kerbs Maintenace works
• Ensuring job sites are safe and compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with the wider construction team to deliver projects on time and to budget

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Concreter, with a minimum of 1 year in the role
• Strong understanding of pouring, and finishing techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently
• Current driver's license and the ability to start at 6 am in Croydon Mon-Fri or on-site as required
• White Card or equivalent construction industry safety certification
