About the role

Virtue Concrete and Building is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Concreters, Carpenters and Labourers to join our growing team in Melbourne, VIC. This full-time position will see you playing a vital role in the construction of high-quality commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out all aspects of concrete pouring, finishing and steel work
• Performing carpentry tasks such as formwork construction
• Assisting skilled tradespeople as a labourer on a variety of construction projects
• Reading and interpreting building plans and specifications
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated construction team

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Concreter, Carpenter or Labourer in the construction industry
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic approach to work
• Construction industry certifications or tickets (e.g. White Card) would be highly regarded
