Outbound Senior Appointment Specialist - We are looking for the best people and that is why we are providing a excellent remunerations package, full training and work from home. The salary advertised does not include super and does not include commissions.

We keep growing but we are looking for the right person. We have a proven call guide that enables you to understand the needs of a customer. You will have the ability to use your communication and sales skills to excel in a positive and friendly environment with an organisation that is committed to success. You will be a good listener and you can learn information to en part knowledge and answer objection for potential customers.

Our Organisation provides the following:

  • 4 Full Time Staff- 9.30 to 6 or 10.30 to 7 Monday to Thursday - Friday 9.30am to 4.00pm. 38 hours per week.

We are looking for an Outbound Senior Appointment Specialist who wants to be rewarded in line with their efforts and achievements. The ability to use your communications skills to:

Follow a proven call guide that lets the customer feel comfortable in communicating their financial goals and “pain points”;

  • You are very skilled in being able to learn answers written, in our call guide, to overcome customer objections;
  • You will have used a CRM or computer based scripting or call guide in previous roles;
  • You understand and can demonstrate how you have actively listened to customers to solve their problems in previous roles(in a sales role/appointment setting role not a customer service role);
  • Be accountable to learn the product and services we communicate to our potential customers;
  • We have a 9 point certification which you will need to achieve to ensure you are successful in the role.

You will be fluent in English and understand the skills required to communicate over the phone and follow a call guide. You must be able to build trust with our customers using our call guide which demonstrates active listening and enables you to help a customer find the right solution for their financial situation.

You will be calling clients who have been initially qualified and your role is to identify how we can best assist them and arrange an appointment for an independent specialist to sit with them using our proven Call Guide.

We are ONLY considering candidates who are:-

Please read the job requirements;

  • You MUST have a proven record and demonstrate that you have worked in outbound sales or appointment setting role and demonstrated that you can follow a call guide and direction(note this does not include an inbound role which involves outbound customer calls);
  • You will be self-driven and able to work unsupervised;
  • You must be Reliable and demonstrate a good track record with your other roles;
  • Confident in their ability;
  • Hard-working during the work hours;
  • Enjoy communicating over the phone;
  • Mature minded;
  • Able to learn and follow a successful Call Guide process and you will be able to demonstrate this during the interview process;
  • You will have had a minimum of 8 years in the workforce.

PLEASE Note if you do not have these minimum requirements, you will not be considered for the role.
