About the role

As an Implementation and Compliance Specialist at JohnnyH', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and ongoing compliance of our HR Payroll solutions. You will have a thorough working knowledge of Key Pay and Employment Hero as we are looking for someone with extensive experience with this payroll system. You will play a critical role in managing, training & implementing our payroll systems. This will include managing pay runs. Working in a casual capacity from our Penrith office, you will be responsible for implementing new systems and processes, as well as maintaining regulatory and company policy adherence.

What you'll be doing

• Onboarding new clients and configuring HR and recruitment software to meet their unique requirements
• Providing training and support to client teams to ensure effective adoption of implemented solutions
• Monitoring system usage and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Conducting regular audits to verify compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
• Collaborating with the product and development teams to address any system or procedural issues
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving HR and recruitment regulations
• Documenting policies, procedures and user guides to support ongoing operations

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in a similar implementation or compliance role with Employment Hero and Keypay
• Strong understanding of HR and recruitment best practices, as well as relevant legislation and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Proficient in the use of HR and recruitment software, with the capacity to quickly learn new systems
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance
