Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the plumbing maintenance department, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
• Lead and support plumbing team members through all project phases, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Recruit, train, and manage plumbing staff, providing guidance to maintain top-notch workmanship and customer service.
• Work on the tools as needed from time to time
• Ensure compliance with all relevant plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Prepare accurate reports and quotes for clients, ensuring clear communication.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Skills & Requirements:

• Certificate IV in Plumbing & Services.
• Proven experience in a plumbing manager or supervisory role.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
• Proficient in job management systems (Service Titan preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive approach to planning labor and managing project timelines.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and adapt to changing demands.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Skilled in working independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
