We're looking for a Retirement Living Manager to oversee a welcoming and well-established community in Eastern Melbourne. In this role, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and vibrant environment where residents can truly enjoy their retirement. Key Information

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retirement community, ensuring high service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with retirement village regulations and policies.
• Manage village occupancy, budgets, and financial performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety procedures, and general property management.
• Organise community engagement initiatives and social activities.
• Lead and support staff to ensure a positive and inclusive village culture.

Requirements

• Experience in retirement living, aged care, or community management
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Knowledge of compliance and regulations within retirement living
• Ability to manage budgets, occupancy, and village operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
