Join our Laverton Service Centre as a Works Manager!

🛠️Your Role - What You'll Be Doing🛠️

As a key member of our team, you'll:

• Control the flow of jobs through the workshop including; scheduling, priorities, progress updates and productivity.
• Ensure all Company policies and procedures are communicated and implemented within designated area of control.
• Identify training needs for workshop staff and ensure workshop personnel remain up to date with all Work Instructions.
• Uphold long term customer relationships that have been established by the Business Development & Sales teams.
• Assist the Service Centre Manager with overall running of the Service Centre.

✅What You'll Bring - Your Skills and Experience✅

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Trade Qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ Years' experience in supervisory position.
• 5+ years' experience with Electrical / Mechanical products.
• Strong communication skills.
• High level skills in time management.
