As Project Manager, you'll take the lead in shaping and driving exciting housing projects from start to finish! You'll work closely with stakeholders to bring plans to life, keeping everything on track, on budget, and aligned with key objectives. From managing risks to ensuring compliance and reporting progress using Housing Portfolio IT systems, you'll play a crucial role in delivering impactful results.

• Lead and manage housing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and implementation.
• Develop and maintain project reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, ensuring compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
• Administer contracts with external service providers, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Handle tender processes in accordance with Housing Portfolio procurement guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, ensuring timely and effective responses.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Strong experience in project management, ideally within government or housing sectors.
• Qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Building, Surveying, or Project/Business Management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel across the state as required.

MUST HAVE clear police check, Australian Permanent Residency or citizenship and reside in NSW.
